Relocation Analysis
The Rare Spark Team has a great deal of experience in supporting relocation projects. There are many issues which need to be considered as part of a relocation project. However the effect on staff can often be overlooked.
Our experienced team has been involved in a variety of relocation projects including both business expansions and consolidations. Working as part of the relocation project team, Rare Spark can bring an extra dimension to the project.
Our relocation analysis is supported by our GIS mapping team. Maps showing the residence distribution of employees is an essential step in identifying potential new sites.
Once potential new sites have been identified, the existing transport infrastructure can also be assessed. The effect of employee relocation and changes to commuting patterns can also be established.
Each project raises its own unique issues which need to be considered as part of the bigger picture before a final decision is reached.
Where planning applications are required for a potential new site, the Rare Spark team can provide a seamless link from the relocation phase to the planning phase by providing a Transport Assessment to support the planning application.
In many cases, a Travel Plan will also be required to support employees in travelling to and from the new site throughout the relocation phase and implementation phase of the project.
