The key to any good travel plan is its implementation. Once the travel survey and other research results have been collated and a robust travel plan has been written, the only way to demonstrate results is through good implementation and monitoring.

The team at Rare Spark is committed to developing travel plans which can be implemented and measured over time in order to meet defined targets. Through implanted coordinators, we are able to take a travel plan from paper to reality and to achieve results.

Our implanted coordinators are fully supported by the Rare Spark team. They can draw on the wealth of travel plan experience within the company as well as expert knowledge in fields such as Marketing & Communication and Event Management.

As an alternative to providing an implanted coordinator, Rare Spark can also train and support an internal employee from the client’s site. This can take the form of a one-off training programme to hand over the travel plan to the coordinator or a training programme with ongoing support.
