Multiflow - Travel Plan Management

Multiflow was developed by experienced members of the Rare Spark team who have not only researched and developed travel plans but have also implemented, managed and monitored travel plans for a variety of organisations.

The Multiflow system enables Travel Plan Coordinators to manage all aspects of their travel plan from a single application. This includes:

• Researching existing travel patterns
• Developing the travel plan and setting targets
• Implementing and monitoring the travel plan
• Searching and matching participants

Coordinators can also report on the progress of the travel plan. Including the current modal split and progress against targets as well as key indicators about the participants registered onto the system.

Multiflow is the first dedicated Travel Plan Management application.

Multiflow can be configured to reflect any site organisation, such as:

• Single Company – Single Site (HQ Building)
• Single Company – Multi Site (HQ & Branches)
• Multi Company – Single Site ( Business Park)

Coordinators can login to Multiflow from any PC with internet access using our secure login portal. The system enables coordinators to search and match participants who could travel together by any mode of transport.

Multiflow also incorporates knowledgebase articles which cover a variety of industry related topics.
