Who we are

Rare Spark Limited was formed in June 2004 in order to support the work of travel plan professionals. This can take many forms, from working with a new travel plan coordinator to develop something from scratch to helping an experienced coordinator review and breathe new life into their travel plan.

The Rare Spark team brings together a wealth of experience from within travel planning and other industry. Our approach is tailored to the requirements of the organisations that we work with. We are just as happy leading a project as we are working in a supporting role.

Our core area of business is in the research, development and implementation of travel plans. We also support organisations through the Local Authority planning process and regularly undertake independent Transport Assessments and produce Transport Statements for both new developments and changes to existing developments.

Our team is dynamic in its approach to projects, each new project provides us with an opportunity to expand our knowledge and refer to our experience of similar situations. We are a solution based company who are able to support a range of projects from single sites through to business parks and regional developments.

We work with a select team of partner organisations each with specialist skills within their own field. We regularly support our partner organisations in the development of travel plan solutions and they are often called upon to work with us to provide a single solution approach for our clients.
